绪 言
美国金融危机自2008年9月爆发以来，已经蔓延到了全球，形成世界范围的金融危机。金融危机虽然对我国的经济产生了一定的影响，但这场危机对中国的影响是有限的、可控的。金融危机在一定程度上抑制了中国经济的增长，但另一方面，由于金融危机的爆发，世界能源和资源价格出现了下降的趋势，中国可以利用世界能源和资源价格走低这一有利时机促进经济发展。中国政府已经采取措施应对外部冲击，努力保持经济稳定、金融稳定、资本市场稳定，同时中国政府也在努力加快内外贸企业产销对接机制的创新，以进一步繁荣国内消费市场，拉动国内市场需求。
虽然面临重重困难和多方面的挑战，但中国化工在这次金融危机中有着一些重大的发展机遇：
一是中国国内化学工业发展的整体环境比较好，产品市场的潜力巨大；二是拉动内需的政策为化工行业开拓了新的市场；第三，化学工业全球化为中国化工行业的国际化经营创造了条件，全球经济一体化进程的加快，国际合作的形式更加多元化，原料采购与产品销售渠道拓宽，为中国化工拓宽海外市场，参与国际竞争提供了有利的条件和广阔的舞台；第四，引进技术的可能性进一步增加，随着中国化工行业科研新成果的不断涌现，生产水平的不断提高，企业竞争力的不断增强，产品市场占有率的不断扩大，国外对中国的新技术的转让也开始呈增长的态势；第五，原材料价格下跌，为生产和固定资产投资创造了良好的条件。在全球经济走软的形势下，国际油价持续跳水，不仅如此，国内外化工原材料，钢材、水泥等商品价格也持续下跌，原材料价格的下跌为化工行业的生产和固定资产的投资降低成本创造了良好的条件。

Standard stalls and bare areas are set for this exhibition, exhibitors can choose according to requirements.
International standard stall (3m×3m)(there are no less than 9 m2 stalls, if special stalls were needed, fee would be charged additionally by actual area)
Domestic enterprises: 12,800 Yuan (RMB) per stall at each time;
Joint enterprises: 2,800 dollars per stall at each time;
Foreign enterprises: 3,800 dollars per stall at each time (two side opening stalls will be charged more 20%);
Bare areas indoor (min. 36㎡)

Exhibition Participation Procedure:
1. Please fill in seriously “exhibition agreement” and send by post or fax to the sponsor after being surcharged with common seal, and remit money for exhibition to the appointed account number in 5 workdays, and fax the remittance receipt to the organizer for making sure participating exhibition.
2. The principle of exhibition arrangement is “first application, first payment and first arrangement”, if the exhibitors did not pay in schedule time, the application for exhibition participation would be automatically cancelled by organizational unit, and the stall ordered would not be reserved. Organizational unit has the final distributing right of stalls.
