    [金融时报报道]Akzo Nobel, the Dutch conglomerate in talks to buy ICI, is to consider making an offer of between 665p and 670p a share for the UK maker of Dulux paints, several days after ICI rejected Akzo’s indicative offer of 650p a share.     ICI rejected Akzo’s most recent approach – which valued ICI at £7.8bn – late last week. But talks have continued and are understood to have remained friendly, despite persistent disagreement about price. Discussions are now in a range that could see ICI fetch £8bn.
